Our team was entrusted with the transformation of the corporate headquarters for PCE, Inc., located on the historic site of HTI Plastics in Lincoln’s Air Park neighborhood. The existing structure, originally a missile assembly facility, had remained largely untouched in terms of aesthetics for decades. This project marked a significant departure from its industrial past, ushering in a bold and modern identity.
The primary goal was to revitalize the corporate office space with a contemporary palette of colors and materials, aligning with PCE, Inc.’s vision for the future. In addition to aesthetic enhancements, we meticulously designed the space to accommodate anticipated growth, ensuring the facility’s long-term viability.
Key elements of the project included the creation of a striking new street-facing facade that redefines the building’s presence in the neighborhood. We also added an expansive wing that wraps around the south and west sides, seamlessly integrating with the existing structure. The project culminated in the development of a vibrant plaza area, providing a welcoming outdoor space for employees and visitors alike.
Through thoughtful design and careful planning, this project modernized the corporate headquarters and positioned PCE, Inc. for continued success and expansion.
