Designed by Davis Design, this adaptive reuse project transformed a former open distribution center into a vibrant 22,000-square-foot, two-story ministry and community facility that supports worship, education, fellowship, and outreach. Through strategic renovation and thoughtful planning, approximately 10,000 square feet of previously unfinished space was reimagined to create welcoming, functional environments for youth, adults, families, and the broader community.
The design balances modern ministry needs with the character of the existing structure, converting an underutilized industrial building into a dynamic destination for connection, growth, and service. Flexible gathering areas, educational spaces, and ministry-focused amenities provide a foundation for year-round programming while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. The result is a renewed facility that extends the life of an existing building while advancing the organization’s mission and creating lasting value for those it serves.
