The LES Operations Center is comprised of six buildings to support all aspects of Lincoln Electric System’s operations. The main structure spans 302,000 square feet, accompanied by additional buildings including a Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Grounds Maintenance Building, Warehouse, Vehicle and Equipment Carport, and District Energy Center’s Central Plant.

The Operations Center houses corporate offices for over 250 employees, a public boardroom, flexible training center spaces, an employee dining room, a fitness center, locker rooms, and a secure control center. Industrial areas are tailored for field lineworkers and construction employees, with warehouses, shops, and staging areas essential for daily operations.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the campus incorporates energy-efficient practices, enhanced native landscaping, water use reduction, and on-site solar energy production.
