Davis Design was chosen by the Nebraska Army National Guard’s to design the new readiness center located in Bellevue, Nebraska. Construction of the facility started in August 2022. The new facility will be a functional, professional, highly sustainable and efficient building with a modern design esthetic. Pulling in natural elements and ties to the National Guard history.

The new readiness center consists of 103,064 square feet of multi-purpose space to support five separate units, including the 72nd Civil Support Team. Spaces include offices, lecture hall, classrooms, kitchen, drill hall, vehicle bays and storage. In addition to the six general purpose training vehicle bays, a separate 8 bay CST vehicle ready bay is included to support the full-time CST unit at this facility.
