In 2010, DuTeau established their Subaru facility in south Lincoln, with Davis Design creating a 14,000-square-foot building that met Subaru Corporate standards. By 2014, increased demand led to an expansion to 18,500 square feet, adding a showroom, sales offices, mechanics bays, and a drive-through wash.

In 2020, as Subaru’s popularity grew, DuTeau and Davis Design developed a separate 24,000-square-foot service shop nearby, featuring 21 mechanics bays, an alignment bay, and detail bays. Following this, the original facility expanded to 22,000 square feet, enhancing customer areas and upgrading the showroom with new Subaru branding elements.

Davis Design values its ongoing partnership with the DuTeau family, supporting the success of Subaru, one of the most reliable vehicle brands.
