This project encompassed the renovation of a 26,000‑square‑foot medical clinic and urgent care facility. The building features a shared lobby with adjacent restrooms, providing access to distinct waiting and reception areas dedicated to each service.

The medical clinic includes 36 exam rooms, provider offices, a laboratory, x‑ray facilities, a conference room, and a staff breakroom. The urgent care area offers 6 exam rooms, provider offices, a procedure room, x‑ray facilities, and a dedicated breakroom.
