Jared Wiechman

Originally from Barnes, KS, Jared Wiechman has been part of the Davis Design team since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of experience to his role as Senior Electrical Designer. A graduate of Southeast Community College with an associate’s degree in 2007, Jared works across disciplines to develop fully coordinated designs in power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. He also plays a key role in BIM management, ensuring that technological challenges never slow down the design process.

Coming from a family of engineers, Jared was drawn to problem-solving from a young age—he jokes that “every tree is a treehouse waiting to happen.” He’s never questioned his career choice and considers his path at Davis Design a perfect fit. The opportunity to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance has solidified his commitment to the firm.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys traveling with his family—whether flying abroad or road-tripping across the Midwest. He’s an active volunteer at his children’s school functions and a long-time supporter of Partners in Health, an organization dedicated to delivering quality healthcare around the globe.
