Davis Design was selected to develop The Reserve, a new apartment community in Southwest Lincoln, conveniently located off Highway 77. This two-phase development features six buildings with 243 modern apartment units, seamlessly blending comfort with convenience.

Residents enjoy a range of premium amenities, including a clubhouse with a game room featuring pool and arcade games, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool and grill area, a dedicated dog run, and detached parking garages. Additionally, the project offers indoor tenant storage for extra space, ensuring greater flexibility and convenience.

Smart living amenities include EV charging stations and GEOKEY Wi-Fi smart locks, which allow residents to conveniently lock and unlock doors remotely.
