Celeste Kovar, IIDA, NCIDQ, CHID, LEED®AP

Celeste Kovar brings over two decades of experience to Davis Design, where she leads the interior design department with a focus on creativity, collaboration, and detail. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Design from the UNL College of Architecture in 2002—and completing an internship in Ann Arbor, Michigan—she returned to Lincoln to begin what’s now a 23-year (and counting) career with the firm.

Celeste was drawn to interior design as a way to combine her love of art, visual storytelling, and problem-solving with a practical, people-centered approach. She thrives on shaping spaces that balance functionality and beauty while supporting the unique needs of each client.

Outside of work, Celeste enjoys traveling, attending live music and theater performances, and supporting animal rescue organizations through volunteer work. Her go-to local spots for a great meal include Dish and The Green Gateau—places that reflect her appreciation for style, comfort, and creativity in all forms.
