Electrical Designer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Designer to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating electrical systems in Revit Models and designing electrical systems and components for a variety of architectural markets including medical, industrial, and commercial. This role requires a strong understanding of Revit and AutoCAD and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Associate’s degree in Design & Drafting Technology, specialty in electrical field preferred. Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) while knowing basic electrical codes and standards. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering preferred.

Construction Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The successful candidate will manage the administrative aspects of a construction project, including overseeing contracts, processing pay applications, maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with permits and regulations. A successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, knowledge of construction contracts and legal documents. Proficient in construction management software and project management tools. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
