Recognized by the Nebraska Chapter, American Concrete Institute (ACI)

Davis Design was awarded the 2016 Outstanding Achievement Award for the use of concrete in the state of Nebraska. The award was given for the Haymarket Parking Deck #3 project.

Deck #3 is located on Pinnacle Arena Drive just south of P Street, adjacent to the Harris Overpass (“O” Street). It serves occupants of “Project Oscar”, a new corporate office headquarters for Olsson Associates and other future tenants and visitors to the building, providing 974 total stalls. Deck 3 also serves as an event garage supplementing Deck 1 and 2 traffic for the Pinnacle Bank Arena venue

The presentation of the award was made at the Annual Awards banquet, held February 3, 2016 at Nebraska Innovation Campus. Greg Smith, the project architect for the project, was there to receive the award.
