William Bryant

Originally from Norfolk, Nebraska William Bryant is currently pursuing two B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.

As an Electrical Engineering Intern at Davis Design, William supports the engineering team by updating floor plans with existing power, emergency, and lighting systems; conducting onsite verification of electrical equipment; performing construction site inspections to confirm proper installation of new or modified equipment; and participating in client and vendor coordination meetings.

Why did you choose engineering? “I chose Engineering because the problems it asks you to solve – and moreover the process of solving them – calls for a very analytical form of creativity, and working with such problems and processes showed me a type of creativity that felt natural to me.”
