She oversees all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management, ensuring the firm’s long-term stability. Over the years, she has streamlined financial processes and implemented best practices to enhance efficiency.

In addition to her financial responsibilities, Renee manages the firm’s employee benefits program, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and supporting a comprehensive benefits structure. With her decades of experience and deep institutional knowledge, she plays a vital role in the firm’s continued success. Her favorite part about Davis Design is the people.
