Angela Vu

Angela is a fifth-year architectural student at the University of Nebraska where she is working on her Bachelor and plans to further her education by obtaining her Master. She has been an architectural intern with Davis Design since May 2023. Angela went into architecture because she loves how it allows her to be creative with finding solutions and bringing ideas to life.

Angela comes from a lower-income family in a small town, so becoming an architect seemed like a far-fetched dream. She has not let her situation hold her back, but rather has used it as inspiration to work harder to make a positive impact in her community by creating captivating spaces for people to enjoy.

FUN FACT

My favorite video game is Minecraft, where I’ve spent much of my childhood creating cities and kingdoms. Another fun fact is that my favorite animals are narwhals, and it makes me really sad when people don’t think that they are real!
