Zack Johnson, AIA – Associate, Architect

Zack is a Lincoln native with a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Zack contributes through 3D BIM modeling, detailed drawings, and guiding projects from schematic design through completion.

Aubrey Wassung – Associate II, Architectural Designer

Aubrey brings creativity and smart design thinking to every project. With degrees in Design and Architecture plus a Business Minor, she blends creative solutions with practical thinking to support our architectural work.

Jeff Detmer – Associate II, Senior Architectural & Structural Designer

Jeff brings broad experience across construction and architectural design. As Senior Architectural and Structural Designer, he supports projects by merging design vision with structural integrity.

Mike Albritton – Associate II, Senior Mechanical Designer

Mike has decades of experience in mechanical design and first joined Davis Design in 1998. He shapes efficient plumbing and HVAC systems and provides essential technical expertise in modeling, system calculations, and field inspections.

Dan Warner, AIA, LEED®AP – Associate III, Senior Architect

Dan has been with Davis Design since 2006. His strengths include construction administration, specification writing, and maintaining consistent collaboration with contractors and clients throughout project phases.

Julie Blake – Associate III, Executive Assistant

Julie has been with Davis Design for more than two decades and provides essential administrative support to the firm. Over the years, she has witnessed and supported every aspect of our operation, and her promotion reflects the value we place on the operational roles that support our entire team.

Erin Dobesh, AIA, NCARB – Principal, Senior Architect

Erin Dobesh joined Davis Design in 2015 and is a key leader in project management and cross-disciplinary collaboration. She helps guide designs from concept to reality and is deeply committed to community-centered work.

Christian Petrick, AIA – Principal, Senior Architect

With more than 25 years of architectural experience, Christian brings thoughtful leadership and technical precision to the firm. His work includes significant commercial, educational, and industrial projects, and his leadership strengthens both team culture and client impact.
