Davis Design Adds Two to our Team

Davis Design is pleased to welcome Brianna Brass, mechanical engineer-in-training, and Scott Stovall, architectural designer, to the firm.

A recipient of the UNO Regents’ and Walter Scott Scholarships, Brass earned a Master of Architectural Engineering Degree, with a mechanical emphasis, from the Omaha campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she was also a teaching assistant.

A member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Brass was a Student Design Competition National Winner in 2015. She also served on the Architectural Engineering Student Leadership Advisory Committee; the Engineering Student Advisory Board; and was a member of the Society of Women Engineers. Additionally, her team was the national runner-up in the AEI Student Design Competition.

At Davis Design, she is providing mechanical engineering design services for Oxbow Animal Science’s new facility in Omaha.

 

Stovall received his Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he worked as a graduate research assistant for the Dean of the College of Architecture. Additionally, he served as a graduate teaching assistant to two assistant professors and also the Interior Design Program Director. He also completed a summer internship at Davis Design.

Prior to joining the firm, Stovall provided architectural design services for a variety of both public and private projects in the Midwest including the development of BIM strategy for design and coordination among consulting design teams for the Nebraska Department of Roads. He also developed standards for a REVIT-based BIM practice in his previous firm.

Currently, Stovall is providing design services for Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh.
